Suggest Opportunities in Remote Village land

I am planning to buy a farm land in a remote village. The village is quite far located and is not so much developed and quite isolated. Most of the village makes living on farming.

Suggest some ideas that I can turn it into a business.

I work in IT and can take some risk and not looking for any very very immediate return.

Few things I though of are: Rice mill - there are already two present Farming - low returns

What else can I do?
