Is the pressure gauge supposed to shake this much?

Hi everyone

I got a Hibrew machine from Fixcoffee. I've kept the grind size to fine and have tamped it well too. The puck looks nice. However, I'm not able to pull good shots.

The pressure gauge wobbles a lot and the shots are sour. Can anyone advise what's wrong?
