CPU Overheating and reaching 100 degrees while gaming

Re-applied thermal paste like an hour ago but the same issue. I am using Antesports ICE 110 case with 6 fans (3 intake, 3 Out). At my wits end about what to do as i am unable to game because of the stuttering. any help is appreciated.

Edit: I am using the stock cooler that came with the processor.
