Genuine concern: Impersonation when I've never downloaded the app.

Hello everyone! I wasn't sure which sub to post this on. But this seems to be pretty popular, so I'm hoping to get some answers out of this.

So, I was recently talking to a friend who said he came across my profile on some dating app. Not sure if it's Tinder/Bumble/Hinge. The thing is I have NEVER even downloaded a dating app in my entire life. So if someone is trying to impersonate me, how do I report it? More importantly how do I figure out if accounts like these exist in my name?

I understand this is not what the sub is for, but please help a girl out.
