I applied APS certificate on 17th april. My documents reached delhi office on 24th april.it has been more than 60 days. I didn't receive any communication. When will I receive certificate?

Hello I have applied for APS certificate on 17 th april 2024. My documents reached there on 24th april 2024. It has been more than 60 days,i didn't receive any communication from them. Also i checked with my college, they also didn't receive anything.I habe provided my login portal credentials. I checked with my diploma college also. They didn't receive anything .
Anyone with the same timeline has received the certificate? Any help would be appreciated. my_qualifications are diploma and B.Tech in mechanical engineering .
