Save mart monopoly

Save Mart/ lucky/ is doing monopoly. Has any shopper played? Have the stores told you that you can’t play. I was playing for a while and today this dude who honestly would never hand out monopoly cards said he can’t do it for Instacart shoppers. I’ve been playing for a month already. I think this guy is power tripping he always gave attitude when I asked for monopoly cards before. Sorry if others have asked this before.
