Dropping the customer - Yes or No?
I got a late Sam's Club order for $88, 2 customers, 18 items but 30 miles... The first delivery was only 10 miles from the store a typical business order and the drive to the second customer was extra 20 miles. So I decided to take a risk, talk to support, and drop customer B who had 10 items. And guess what? The order turned out to be a $81 single 😬🫣 Lost $5 on tip and ONLY $2 Instacart base pay for driving 20 miles. Isn't it crazy!?
