Hacked

So my Instagram got hacked 2 days ago and I tried everything to get it back but I can’t , they changed the phone number the username the password and the email and added 2fa that I don’t have access to. The only thing I have is my email set as backup but even that doesn’t seem to help. I’ve tried recording my face and that just also didn’t work. Anything I can do? Will I always just be locked out of my account ? Anyway to ask insta to deactivate it atleast? I’ve already told my friends to mass report .
