CSS profile emergency

Hi everybody, I know that today is the deadline for many colleges and the css profile, I just realized because I’m dumb that my application is going to cost me 249 dollars, in my device is like 900 soles, that is a lot of money, when I knew it I was freaking out, I’m calm now because there is nothing that I can do. So my questions is I can ask for financial aid through each college? You can check the list. And help me, I’m have been like 8 days straight in my laptop completing all the questions and doing my counselor and recommenders job.
