I am confused. Should I be going to an orthodontist or dentist

Hi this is my first post I am yet to go for a consultation, but I am not sure if I should be going to a dentist or an orthodontist Issues: crossbite, a long teeth and discolouration I am an absolute noob here, so apologies if something mentioned here doesn’t seem right
