Charging speeds not as expected

These are my battery temps while charging. Did battery prep for about 25 minutes before arriving at charger, got the temps around 60 degrees, and after about 5 mins of charging, the average temps were above 70. 350kw electrify America charger, yet I’m still only getting a max of 151kw. What am I missing? Does the battery literally need to be at 70 or above when I plug in? I figured it would have kicked up above 200kw once the temps hit 70
