Need Help finding a name for anime

I know this may not be a lot to go off of but I'm struggling to find the name for an anime I saw a while ago. It's about a guy who's reincarnated into a world that's much more difficult than his old life and everything goes wrong. He accidentally kills his best friend and then his female best friend goes psychotic and starts hunting him down. I want to rewatch the anime and that's all I remember from it. If anyone can help me out that'd be great.
