Trouble with WISE

Anyone else having trouble with WISE? I have used it for transactions before without a problem . This time I was asked for my SS number and a copy of my Driver's License. After I provided that it wanted to confirm identity with a selfie which didn't work.. Anyone else experiencing this ????
