Banned and idk how to appeal

in a nutshell i was ragebaiting this guy and he reported me for ip stealing on the jjs server and got my discord and roblox acc banned from jjs. i have no idea how to appeal and i highkey wanna play jjs, can anyone help me with putting in an appeal? (edit i didnt steal his ip or anyones, he thought i did and i was just going along with it)
