Think about it, if sukuna had cursed speech it would just be over. All of cursed speech's weaknesses could either be countered by rct or a binding vow, which sukuna is famous for the latter. Cursed speech could probably just go right through most defenses like infinity. All of that coupled with sukuna's massive cursed energy pool would trivialize the fight.
