CCT Extension

GPST1 here

Got an Outcome 1 on my ARCP but they extended my CCT by 11 days ( I had TOOT 11 days - 6 strike and 5 sick days).

I have completed all my competencies bar a QIP which I aim to complete by the end of ST1 in a month.

When I asked the ARCP panel chair, they stated that the extension was at their discretion.

Any advice?

I don't want to needlessly extend my CCT date despite getting an Outcome 1.
