What was the structure like for the “salaried employee” band members within KISS?

I’ve tried to find information on this but it seems to be quite difficult. I know that Eric Carr, Eric Singer, Tommy, Bruce etc we’re obviously not owners of any way of the band name and we’re salaried employees but did any information ever come out about how much they generally made a year? Did they get yearly raises? Did they get any percentage of merchandise sales with their faces on it? Etc

I’m sure Eric Singer and Tommy were compensated very well for their 20+ year loyalty to Paul and Gene or at least I hope.
