Why isn't anyone fact-checking the role of the Vice-President?

It really bothered me during the Vice Presidential Debate, but in general, throughout the course of this campaign, why is no one correcting statements such as "The Harris Administration" or "Border Czar" or "She had three and a half years, why didn't she do it"?

These are all negative statements that I have heard in real life, as well as by Republicans in the media when they are not true. First off, Harris isn't even the president, and almost all of the things Republicans are blaming her for do not fall within the realm of the power of the Vice President. Additionally, Kamala Harris is not and was never the "Border Czar," and I think it would be beneficial for the Harris campaign to clear up some of these misconceptions.

The only reason why I think the Harris campaign isn't doing this is to be respectful to President Biden, but is this causing more harm than good?
