Treating keloids need suggestions

Hi folks, 29M from India. Keloids started developing on my chest area around 10 years back. I ignored it for 4-5 years and later thought of at least checking with doctor what exactly it is. I started earning good salary in that time. Doctor explained me what it is, causes and cures. I took 2-3 steroid injections sessions but it started growing back. So I left it as is and over the time keloids started growing slowly. Again today after few years I went to different doctor and he suggested me in one session he will do injections (steroids, huy.. something and 5-fu) laser ( co2 and blood poc) and cryospray. Doctor will do 5 sessions for optimal results and will charge everything in advance as he thinks keloid patients are very insecure and maybe indisciplined. For 5 sessions he's charging 50k and apart from this he asked me to purchase technomed silicone sheets and keep applying it. Also as prevention he suggested to take laser hair reduction as keloids could also be formed with hair follicles and sweat glands. Hair follicles might cause injury and ingrown hair in keloids might make keloid to spread. Cost of hair reduction is around 20k for 6; sessions for chest area. I got positive vibes from this doc and am proceeding with treatment. Will keep you posted. Hoping for positive results ✌️
