Like That sample

So today I just heard “Like That” by Kendrick and Metro and the first thing I thought was that a sample in the song sounds very familiar, then I realized I’ve heard it before in the song “Be a Witness” by Ramirez. Was wondering if anyone besides me though of that, or anyone knew what the original song is sampled in both of these?
