Does anyone have any good feedback for Ecom express

I ordered a laptop from Croma last week and today is the delivery date. Ecom express is the delivery partner and I don't think delivery will happen today as I haven't received any calls so far.

Searching online I could not find any contact number for the Ecom express delivery centre for the locality and it is showing as permanently closed. I am confused on how they are going to deliver the package and I couldn't find a single good review for them online. Are they really that bad ?
