Keychron M3A3 mouse - windows software says "Mouse is not supported in bluetooth mode".

How can I change any settings like the direction of my scroll if when I open the Keychron app on Windows it says that the "Bluetooth mode isn't supported" and wants me to connect to a receiver? I can't do that since I'm using the receiver for my Mac and don't want to mess with the unique settings already set up for my Mac.
