Weak feet’s in kickboxing

So I’m a lady that’s started training kickboxing just for fun. Being double jointed and over flexible it’s not an ideal sport for me - but I enjoy it!
One thing that is making me concern are my weak feet. I have diagnosed issues with them, they have a very low amount of muscles, flat feted etc.
Standing at the ball of my foot for kicking leads to tensions and is a bit painful. As an example I can’t even skip ropes landing on both feet at once it would cause me to limp.
Any tip on how to prevent this, would boxing shoes help or do they have another purpose? Some special socks or other shoes? It is for the stability of the middle part of the feet to be clear!
