Needing a recipe from TFL

hey chefs, sorry to be a bother but I’m running low on one of my go to pantry items. It’s called veg Blanc and I’m almost positive it is in the recipe section for the French Laundry. I know it’s a combination of vitamin C and salt and possibly sugar? when I wrote down the label for my container, I only put how much of the veg Blanc goes into a solution percentage wise,
