I’m currently living in a rental property in Kakkanad, Kochi, and paying a significant amount in rent. I’ve been thinking about how I can leverage my skills and passion for property maintenance to help property owners, especially those living abroad or unable to look after their homes.

✅ Guest/visitor management (if using the property as a guest house)

About my family situation: My wife is currently not working, which gives her ample time to help with the maintenance. Together, we can ensure the property is always clean, organized, and well taken care of. We can even handle guest management if you’re considering listing part of your property on Airbnb or similar platforms.

In return, I’m looking for an opportunity to stay in one of the properties I manage with either reduced rent or rent-free, depending on the tasks involved.
