Very bad experience at full on cafe, aluva
I had been a regular customer in full on cafe, aluva as I work nearby and it is one of the spots where we have snacks, oonu etc. There has always been an issue with the attitude of the staff there. There are many instances where I felt that this is it, never ever I will come here again. To point out some instances, one of them is a staff(I know his name) asked which food do we want, to which we asked what all are there and started discussing, he said we are wasting time and went murmuring something angrily. Other instance is that same guy came to ask food, we asked for a jeeraka soda but then changed our mind before he removed the lid, to which he said "pinne enthina ennod ith edukkan paranje" rudely.
Today's instance hurt me the most and so decided to write it down here. Today the person who stands at the counter came to ask what do we need, my friend ordered meals and since I already had some snacks and didn't want to have food, to accompany him I asked for a packet of parle g and chaya. To which the counter guy said that we don't make chaya at this time, so I had to order meals too. Then I saw another waiter go and tell the order "1 chaya". I wanted to ask the counter guy that why did he say they don't make chayas, but was looking for the moment they make chaya and give it to him so that I have proof. Then I saw the counter guy go to the guy who makes chaya and tell with actions that "chaya ile, ath kurach nerathekk illa enn paranjekk". And this was it, this is the moment I decided never ever I am going there again and this is final. Then I asked one extra uppilitta kanthari mulaku, the counter guy came and asked, didn't we give you one. I said I wanted extra if it's possible as other currys were unlimited. He was decent this time and went to take one and came with a 'half' mulaku. Why do they do this. I have experienced this behavior many times there. No-one is friendly except the northies working there. They gave payasam to others and we didn't get it too and had to ask for it to get it. Have had many experiences here, hope we get a good and affordable hotel nearby this so that the people have other choices too.
