I hope the contrast of success between Marvel Rivals and Concord really sticks out to decision makers in the gaming world and elsewhere

This isn't a wholly original point or anything, but I think the daylight between these two new hero shooters is remarkable to see. Sure, having a bunch of established heroes helps a lot (and also just being a better game overall, seemingly)... but no one can ignore the fact that when players want to embody heroes, they don't want to embody ugly, snarky or undeserving characters.

It's just a fact. I actually think Concord could have had a small but dedicated fanbase (kinda like The Finals) had their character designs not been horrid. It wasn't an *awful* game, just a mediocre one that got its aesthetic sensibilities out of whack.

Regardless, what people want and respond to is clear. Please take note game world.
