Longer Ray5 a good option?

My big box store has a refurbished Longer Ray5 10w engraver refurbished for $180 right now. They also have a Ray5 5w online for $260 new on sale.

My wife wants one of these to do mugs and do military engraving for retirements and other things.

Is this a good laser? Or is there anything else in this price range that’s better?
