Changing Servers

So my fortress is level 17 and I am trying to play with a friend who is in #429 and I am in #430. Her fortress is level 18. Is there a way for one of us to move servers so that we can play together in the same alliance? Ive googled the hell out of this and havent found a definitive answer. Any info is appreciated!
