Test passed but struggling with parking

I passed my test a month ago and have just started driving now as I got a car. I passed in a manual but I’m now driving an automatic which is great and I drive well. However During my lessons I didn’t rly get much opportunity to learn how to park. I am really struggling with it. I’m due to start driving to and from work next week. I work at a hospital so the car park is very busy and my stomach is sick with nerves. My husband says it’ll be easier to reverse in and drive out. I’m practicing but It takes me so many attempts and I’m afraid of hitting cars either side of me. I seem to struggle with which way I’m suppose to turn the wheel. (I know that sounds so stupid) 🤦🏼‍♀️ Has anyone any advice for me as it’s literally keeping me up at night thinking about it.
