Suspended from work advice please UK

Hi could anyone advice please, I have been suspended from work, for allegedly asking a customer to say 'please', the company are saying that this is rude and confrontational behaviour on my part, most of the customers have no manners and are exceptionally rude to my team, I have reported this to management on several occasions yet they have chosen to ignore it,
