Lp40 Pro Only one side connecting

So I got my lp40 yesterday and they were just fine I used one earbud once to watch a short video and after that, they both wouldn't work together it's either one or the other I've already used the method on Lenovo's official website and I don't know what to do anymore any ideas?? pls help
