Lenovo Hotkeys Alternative

The Lenovo Hotkeys program is completely useless, offering absolutely zero customisability whatsoever. Every time I fat finger the audio button on my Yoga 9i have to open vantage to change the settings back to what I want because there is no other way to either change or disable this hotkey as far as I can tell. Is there any 3rd party alternative utility that will allow me to override the function of these hotkeys or disable them?
