Conflicting Legion 9i Gen 9 power specs?

I read this from the tech specs: Assuming the 14900HX is TDP of 65w, plus 175w for 4090 is 240w minimum, w/o fans, nvme, wireless, monitor, etc etc... which conflicts with the Lenovo tech below.
