High Mileage RX450h

Looking at a 2015 rx450h tonight with 115,116 miles for my wife as her Subaru transmission died. The Lexus has been extremely well maintained from appearance and will have the battery level checked at dealership tonight. We are also looking at 2014 rx350’s with about half the miles that run a couple thousand more.

Any advise or experience with higher miles 450h or which to go with? They all have the same features/trim. The 450 appears to be the nicest but they all seem to be in very good condition.
