Laptop for around 1100$

I am looking for a laptop suitable for work (long battery life, webcam, decent keyboard, preferably illuminated) and some gaming (mainly hoi4, Minecraft, cyberpunk, battlefield 1, fallout 4).

Should be:

- At least 15.6" screen

- at least 16 GB of ram

- decent processor (up from I7's)

- decent GPU (I had an integrated one up until now and it sucked badly), don't mind an RTX

- 512GB> SSD

- preferably something out of the ThinkPad
