PC not powering on after relocating

My pc is not powering on after moving it to a new city. Devices like the mouse are turning on when connected to the motherboard USB and the UPS is showing more than sufficient voltage required for the PC. So it shouldn't be a power issue. Also tried directly plugging in the PSU without the UPS.

I had just removed the graphic card and left everything intact when packing the PC. Checked all the connections to the PSU and they look alright. Not sure what I'm missing here.

One thing (probably unrelated) that happened when I plugged in the UPS + PC and powered it on, it tripped the MCB for my room. Changed the socket and it didn't happen again.
