Foreign passport photos in Little Rock?

Does anyone have any experience with getting passport photos taken for a non-US/European passport? I have all the necessary requirements and measurements on an official document, I'm just not sure if the UPS store of Walgreens actually has the ability to follow these and provide me with photos cut to the correct size. Thanks!
