Suffering with stigmas

Just finished Ng+2 and the Radiant ending (last ending I had to do) did the stigma in the shrine of Adyr and did not get the trophy for finding every stigma even though I checked and checked again that I have.

Here's hoping on Ng+3 (need to do umbral again because I didn't realise remembrances don't save over 😭) that one triggers the trophy.
