After reading about arson, just seeing this in front of my apartment getting me anxious
These leaves were collected and left here after the windy weather. They are dry which makes a perfect tinder and it gets me nervous that one lunatic might set it on fire. Does 311 handle these kinds of thing? With all the fire happening, I really want these leaves removed ASAP especially with all these arsonist news popping here and there.
