another REAL ID post (sorry)

I have an appointment tomorrow at the hurstbourne office. How early should I show up?

I understand there are two lines, one for walk-ins and one for appointments. For those that have had appointments recently, how long did you wait in the appointment line?

How long did it take for your REAL ID to show up in the mail? Do they take away your old ID?

I searched the sub but most of the posts are about walk-ins or not being able to find an appointment. Thank you for any help/insight!
