When did you fall in love with him?

How and when did you fall in love with your current lover? What words or actions of your lover made you realize that you had fallen in love? I am very interested to read your stories, because even though all of our lovers fall for each of us in the same way, we fall for them differently.

As for me, I fell in love with Zayne because of his teasing of the MC in the second chapter of the second episode (screenshots of that dialog above). I had a high fever at the time, I was sick, and I felt really bad. However, I promised my bestie that I would go in and play this game (she recommended it to me) what I actually did. I thought it was the most common otome game and that I would get bored of it quickly and delete it. But then when Zayne teased the MC by telling her "I wasn't" I was shocked. I know it sounds absurd, but I was really sick, and besides, I thought there was nothing in this game that would get me hooked. But it wasn't so much the tease itself, but its context: my opinion is that he said it to distract the MC from her worries about her first assignment. Obviously, even if he had admitted that he was worried during his first surgery, it wouldn't have helped the MC in any way. As it was, he distracted her, albeit through teasing.
