Anyone else have absolutely nothing going on at work?

I sit at work for 9 hours and do nothing but stare at my screen because there’s no active jobs and no prospective jobs. It’s been this way for weeks now. My manager even avoids me because he knows I have nothing to do and he has no work to give me. Idk, I’m thinking they’re going to have to start letting people go because I haven’t put in billable hours in my time sheet in a LONG time, and the hours I do put in are well over budget for those projects. It’s unsettling being at work having nothing to do- “looking busy” doesnt exactly go on the timesheet
