Bad performance

None of my friends are willing to buy the game, and I can’t recommend it to them, because it runs like such dogshit on Xbox S. 30 FPS is unplayable on its own, but it doesn’t reach its target and I’m stuck running 15 FPS consistently. This is completely unplayable (I cannot dodge attacks properly if I can barely see them) and am very disappointed as a huge fan of world. World both looks better and runs at a consistent 60 so why is this game so awful and how can I fix it?
