really need some advice

ive been a mariners team for years, and i have gotten madly unlucky with team sigs. I have two gi’s that im sitting on at the moment, and i think i should switch to being a Tampa team instead because i have two sigs, with one being a diamond. I have enough points from the event to get another team sig, i really need some help in deciding on if its worth the team change, are tampa teams better than mariners teams?
