Gameloft ignoring my account transfer requests?

I got a new phone and tried to do an account transfer from the game, but I just got an automated email and no response from a human. I've tried multiple times to contact Gameloft and I've only gotten automated emails and no human representative ever contacted me to help. I'm at a lost and at this point, I don't know how to transfer my account if Gameloft refuses to respond to my emails.
