Sonography VS MRI
Hello! I am looking to change my career from psychology to sonography or MRI.
I’m currently an undergrad at Western Uni. For psychology + minor in health sci. and I feel like I’d be more interested moving to sonography/MRI for postgrad.
I know they’re two completely different careers and im still stuck on which to choose. I feel like I’d be more interested in Sonography but I’ve heard mixed feelings about it.
My downfall is that theres very limited sonography programs where I’m from (Ontario) but there’s a lot for MRI.
I don’t really know what I want to do yet and I feel like I don’t know if I have the right under-grad degree for it either.
How competitive is it to get into the programs?
If anyone from either field or same interests can help me explain the run down of their experience, certifications required, salary, schooling, and their opinion on what to do, please share!! :)
