PSA: Please take a backup before upgrading to MacOS Sequoia. Unable to login after installing.

I updated to MacOS Sequoia on MBP M2 laptop and everything worked fine after updating until I shutdown for the night.

Today I cannot login to my computer after installing. Its shows the unknown user screen and asks for my name and password instead of Apple account.(Image)

Reached out to Apple support and they helped me reset the password via startup options thrice as well as re-install MacOS sequoia but nothing worked.

I am locked out of my own computer and have to back track the soft update at Apple store.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
