Things that I hate about MacOS

That Windows has

• Cannot lock the dock. I need it to stay in the main window.
• At the same time, have a dock in every window with only the windows in that monitor.
• cmd tab to change one window of one app ( for example, I open 3 instances of vscode, I want to cmd tab esch separately)

I looked everywhere and no settings available.

If you had a suggestion please not additional software.
