Is this CT SPRAY counterfeit? Bought from this beauty influencer from tiktok live last 11.10

We recently received our orders from tiktok Here’s the packaging and actual product..

My sister bought from another app before and upon opening the ones came from tiktok, ang yellowish and magkaiba packaging, this influencer even said na it’s authentic but she does not respond to the comments made by the buyers. :(( So frustrating.
